Located in Northern Ethiopia, the Simien National Park is a spectacular site where massive erosion that took place over millions of years has formed jagged peaks, deep valleys and precipices reaching up to 1,500 meters deep.
The park is of worldwide importance since it protects numerous threatened endemic species:
- gelada monkeys,
- Abyssinie wolf.
Itineraries specially designed for the most experienced hikers cover the Simien Park under ideal conditions and provide an up-close view of nature.
